New pb magazine, issue #3 "from no man's land to my land"

The photographs of the new issue of the pb magazine were taken along the railroad tracks leading out of New York City. They show the backsides, the uncared-for sights. They document the transition from public to private - from no man‘s land to „my land“. To open click the cover:

Location coincidence

You Remember my post from Mai?

And that's how it apparantly looks now.

The famous British graffiti artist Banksy did a one month residency in NYC.
On October 9 it looks like he found the same spot in Lower East Side to leave one of his works.
It's part of an ongoing open-air exhibition on the streets of New York, called "Better Out Than In".
(see his blog on http://www.banksyny.com/, go to October 9)

The presentation of the Mannheim Solothurn book

Alexander Egger (on the right) photographed/documented the Mannheim Solothurn project. The photographs are now published in a gorgeous book. Here a picture from the presentation of the book at the Kunstmuseum Solothurn by curator Heinrich Gartentor (on the left). The artworks in the back are Fränzi Neuhaus' "Blase" (right) and Elisabeth Strässle's "Paneelen" (left).

Going on

Yes, this was a pretty long (creative) break. After three month of no new pictures I will restart to post. Look forward to what's coming soon.
